I forgot to ask the lady her name. But I really liked her, she was very sweet and kind at explaining all my questions, since I didn't knew local language she helped me in every way. ʘ‿ʘ The one negative point is prices are higher than actual product value by atleast 20-30CHF

Selection and quality are superb as is the store organization and display. This store has it all in its category and the personnel are friendly and helpful. The prices are on the high end, but that is more than expected for the service quality involved.

Awesome shop with lot of high quality gears and very knowledgeable staff. Only downside is the prices are a bit high (but remember it is high quality in Switzerland so it is normal). Please Note if you don’t find the département you are looking for the shop is divided in two the other part is just next door.

Great store with a huge selection of outdoor items. Sadly it's split into two seperate parts that you must go outside (into the rain) to switch between.
