I arrived at home and couldn't stop crying of what happened to my beautiful wedding dress. The bottom line - which was shortened - is not parallel to the floor (see third picture) and the floor was so dirty that I will have to wash the dress before my wedding. I only put it on me 3 times in the shop! The straps should have been shorter in order to get the original shape of the dress. But I couldn't see that during the second time I went to try the dress modifications, because due to the reduction of size it became too small and then I couldn't fit in properly nor close the zip. Now I have only a few days left for my wedding I will have to pay another tailor (again!) to arrange all what is wrong, but some things are not reversible (crying again!). I wish I could get my money back. Could I? I am so sad and cannot stop crying, she destroyed an expensive dress. Unfortunately, I am afraid the damage to the bottom line of the dress has no reverse because nobody can prolongue the missing fabric of the original dress. Also she made some damages to the dress: Tull is broken near the breast side (first picture), and in the back one border was also broken (second picture). She cut out so much fabric that now the other tailor has no more fabric to enlarge the dress to my size, she left no fabric at all for any possible enlargement. The lady was fast, but which are the consequences for the client? Seen by the results she seems to have no experience with gowns and wedding dresses.

An meiner Hose fehlte zwar nur ein Knopf, aber diese Arbeit wurde sofort, schnell und einfach erledigt. Zudem verlangte die Dame nicht einmal etwas dafür, obwohl ich darauf bestand. Ich würde jederzeit wieder meine Kleider dort hinbringen.
Super schöner Laden und eine sehr sehr nette und kompetente Schneiderin. Wir haben bisher nicht gemerkt aber jetzt wir sind begeistert. Sehr schnelle und professionelle Arbeit zu einem fairen Preis. Meine Hosen so perfekt Original gekürzt,sehr zufrieden!!! Ich hoffe ich komme noch in den Genuss, einen Workshop bei Frau perle zu besuchen Sie hat so schöne Gardinen und Vorhänge , und ich habe gemerkt dass sie so gerne arbeitet. Ich hofe bleib immer dort,eine gute Schneiderin findet man nicht immer. Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert!
Sie haben mein Abendkleid sehr schön gemacht Die Länge war auch Perfekt Gerne immer wieder. Ich werde Sei weiterempfehlen. Sie waren sehr nett. Vielen Dank.
Gute Beratung, pünktlich und top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, in zentraler Lage und gut per ÖV erreichbar (Marktplatz), nur der Eingang ist etwas versteckt (liegt im 2. OG des Hauses Hutgasse 1, per Treppe und Lift erreichbar)
