I used to give this shop 5 stars. But the online shop is 0 stars. A decent selection of English books BUT I do NOT recommend buying through the Orell Füssli ONLINE shop. I have tried a few times to order online but each time there has been a major problem. One book ordered that isn’t even in print...but they did not inform us of that until after we had placed the order & instead of cancelling the order they said they would send it when it is printed again —but they could not give a time. This was a birthday gift for a child. Later doesn’t really work for that. Another book was a different edition than ordered. And yet another was a pre-order. Returns are difficult to make. I will never order from them online again. And I prefer to take my in person business to another local company that has integrity & good customer service in all branches of their business.

About 5 floors, spacious enough to have a seat and flip through books before making a decision, nice staff and good ambience
