Qualità eccellente e personale molto cordiale. Peccato che la macelleria sia rimasta tecnologicamente ferma negli anni 80. Non è possibile pagare in modo elettronico - nel 2020 e con la situazione Covid - un aspetto assolutamente incomprensibile. In più il sabato chiude alle ore 14, un orario di chiusura da negozietto di paese con 300 abitanti situato in una lontana campagna. La macelleria si trova però in una grande e moderna città con una vasta agglomerazione. Spero che questo simpatico negozio possa adattarsi ai tempi di oggi. In bocca al lupo...

Seit Jahren unser Favorit für Salsiccie, mit Fenchel, scharf oder nicht scharf, alle erstklassig. Tipp: Sie haben gerade keine Lust zum Grillieren? Dann drücken Sie doch einfach die Würste in kleinen Portionen in die Pfanne (Polpettine / Fleischkügelchen) und machen einen Sugo dazu, schlägt jede Bolognese! Für Hardcore Fleischliebhaber: Die Fleischqualität ist so gut, dass die Würste (bzw. der Inhalt) auch als Tatar durchgehen, ein (rohes) Ei dazu und kräftig würzen - wunderbar auf Toast!
