Very friendly staff there. She patiently explained about the features of Germany/Swiss cuckoo clocks and letting me listen to the sounds of almost every clocks displayed. Really made it easier for me to decide which clock to buy. Beautifully decorated shop and lovely souvenir offerings.

I knew their selection of Christmas ornaments would be minimal in the middle of summer but was disappointed in the overall quality of the ornaments. I was expecting to see some traditional and unique ornaments, perhaps hand-crafted wood. What I found instead were cheap-looking plastic ornaments that I could find at any dollar store. Some were unique enough but nothing I would ever put on a tree.
