Same topic as Barbara Henz. I also have a couple of loyalty cards and want my money back if the branch do not open again soon. And it really doesn't look like it. What a pity. Unfortunately I never got an answer by email.

Absolutely one of my favorite places to go to since moving to Basel. Love the atmosphere, super yummy sandwiches, and appreciate the space to do some work or journal while drinking a warm cup of tea. Staff are always friendly and welcoming.
Definitely not a coffee culture in Switzerland. Coffee is looong and tasteless. Not sweets to serve. What a waste of 4.4CHF per cup. Cosy inside though and a it loud music. Wonder who is this establishment for in a tourist zone.
Since weeks, I am trying to get a reply if /when the Basel branch is reopening after the closure caused by Covid and do not get a reply when contacting J&J via the homepage. I have various loyalty cards and want my money back, as it looks like you are not opening again anytime soon.
You cannot get it wrong at Joe & The Juice. Be it coffee, a smoothie, a drink, or a quick bite, you will be utterly amazed. Very friendly staff and loads of options across the board.
I stopped by today on my visit to the city, I have to say the staff was very pleasant and I had a good conversation with them. The decor and the atmosphere of this place is just perfect. I would highly recommend a visit here, I often try to visit independent coffee shops - and I have to say this one is brilliant. Highly recommended. The coffee is brilliant.
Good coffee, mixed review of staff. No eye contact, coffee straight into a paper cup even though i sat in, had to ask for a saucer for the cup! It’s the little things. I like the atmosphere, even though the music could be quieter, it’s a coffee shop not a night club. :)
Great place to sit and relax. Top up your vitamins with fresh juices or indulge in some naughty but nice treats. The music is alive upbeat lounge music. It's the same as all Joe and the Juice outlets. Another good thing when traveling. No matter where you go in the world, you know what you're getting when you step into a Joe and the Juice. The design is the same, music is the same and the juices stay at the great high standard. The staff are helpful when choosing your juice and generally it's a good vibe.
