Initially I was happy they could repair my broken screen so quickly...but my satisfaction changed. When I arrived to pick it up, a man was shouting and haggling with the employee in order to get free headphones & a cheaper deal on his broken phone for a good ten minutes. The employee completely ignored me when he could have easily appeased us both & perhaps even made me a priority since I was an actual paying customer. I had to step in and ask to be served, goodness knows how long it would have taken otherwise. I paid for an additional screen covering to make sure my new screen was extra protected. First of all, it was put on unevenly and within one week, it was completely cracked and I was unable to use my phone even though I had not dropped it. I had to take my phone to the Apple store in order to get it properly fixed. I came to this place based upon its good reputation, which I can say isn’t accurate in my experience.

Thank you to these guys who helped me while I was on holiday in Basel. My phone got broken and I had to make calls urgently. They tried everything they could with the little time I had. Very friendly and professional. I recommend this store if you ever need help with a phone or tablet etc.
