The place is very nice, the music is cool and service is great. The burgers could use a bit more flavor...sauces also but then again it is vegan vegetarian. Meat can’t be served raw because it has to be cooked well since it’s frozen. Price is also great and open late.

The burgers are good, but they do not have anything for small children except potato fries. We found that out during our first visit where my 3 year old ended up having only fries for dinner. So today, I decided to get chicken nuggets along that my son could have while we enjoy our burgers. We ordered our meals & drinks (including a drink for my son), and asked the hostess first if I could feed my son. She politely mentioned that outside food is not allowed, but understanding that there is nothing in the menu that he could have, she was empathetic and said we could be discreet. However right after that, the restaurant manager came and very impolitely snapped at us that picnicking was not allowed (maybe some racial discrimination as we are foreigners?). After explaining to her the context, she still insisted that we comply or else we would need to leave. Very sadly, my son and I stepped out of the restaurant where I could feed him his food on the street before coming back to the restaurant to eat what I had ordered. So my suggestions: 1. Learn how to treat your customers properly, with respect. 2. Be empathetic. 3. Your rules regarding picnicking respectfully should apply, but exceptions for small children should be there. 4. If colouring pads and pencils are available at your restaurant for the little children, then even have some basic kids favorites in your menu apart from potato fries that they can have.

I love this place, the food was amazing with different varieties, vegetarian and meat. .the sitting area is very modern. friendly service. I would say the best burger in Basel.

The place, interior design, service and drinks are very nice, also the fries and sweet potato fries are good. The burgers are mediocre at best. Not asking for meat temperature, the bun was slightly dry and a little more flavor would be nice. The burger combinations are clever, but they sound better than they taste.

Really delicious burgers and french fries! They have 6 vegan and 6 vegetarian options. Normally I am not a big fan if burgers and they make me feel so heavy after eating, I always regret. However, the vegan burgers here are so delicious and easy to digest. Also, helpful, friendly, and quick service.

the food was really tasty. we ordered the lunch menu including a burger, fries/salad, a cold and a hot drink. everything was extraordinary, the patty, sauce, bun but also the fries and the selfmade iced tea. the service was very friendly and always there when we needed something. the toilets were exceptionally clean. all in all a great experience and they will see us again soon

Fries: Worth a visit for the sweet potato fries, which are the perfect balance of crispy on the outside & soft on the inside. Not an easy feat for sweet potatoes. Regular fries were...regular. Burgers: Everything else was mediocre. The burgers are thin patties with a slight resemblance to plywood. The sauce was but a squirt. The sourdough bun was good, which is fortunate since the bun was proportionally too big for the burger & masked the taste of the burger. Sauces: (ketchup, mayo, etc) on the table were sweet (approx 30% sugar in the ketchup!) and not very good. Drinks: The alcoholic drinks barely had any alcohol. The non-alcoholic drink we had tasted like bottled orange juice. The Coke was not very cold. Atmosphere: The atmosphere is nice with birch tree trunks lining the walls & club-vibe music. Unfortunately, tables are packed in close (even for regular situations they would be close but especially during Corona times). Tables small & benches narrow. Truly uncomfortable in all ways. Cost: overpriced. All in all will never go back again. Do not recommend unless you only go for sweet potato fries.

Very nicely decorated, lively ambience and beautiful interiors. Staff is very attentive and kids friendly. Outside seating is available directly on the busy Steinenvorstadt street. There are mainly burgers on the menu. The vegan burgers are delicious, so far the best in town. There is also a wide choice of vegan sauces for your fries and burgers.
