Despite the fact of the basic insurance having an increase of over 100 chf about 2 or 3 years ago, Groupe Mutuel is recommended is so many ways. All the support given over the app, the phone, via email or in person is great and is basically everything. If you have a good understanding of your own insurance and a good provider support , then its an excellent team work. A general comment for everyone: Some people complaint about this insurance, because they had brokers handling the insurance for them, and then when the health problem comes, they don't even know the details of their own package. The best is always discuss insurance changes with the Groupe Mutuel agent, which is able to address all questions personally and detailed.

Just horrible insurance. It is imposible to do anything with them, they just do not care about nothing. They can not solve even a simple case, different people tell different things, never pay what they promissed. It is a disaster , I want to get an inshurance to be insured from this company
