I am not at all happy with the behavior of the employees I wanted to change a jacket I got 20 min Ego because it was big and she just told me it is not possible because the jacket was on offer is unacceptable I will never go to this store again

My favourite jeans shop ever! Great customer service and individual consulting. I've bought two pair of Levis Jeans in 2018, which got ripped after a year on one side of the inner thigh. After showing them in the shop, I've got a full return (!) - and could select Jeans for the same value. I'm super satisfied with the Jeans I had bought then - two Lewis and one Tommy Hilfiger. Couldn't have left the shop happier!

Since a few years I'm buying my Jeans there, this is the store to go, if you want high quality jeans friendly and very competent support.
Sehr toller Laden. Auswahl an Kleider wie z.b Pullis oder Jeans sind gross. Nette Bedienung und gerechte Preise. Werde da in Zukunft öfters hingehen.
Ich war schon mehrmals, aber schon ein bisschen länger her. Wurde immer freundlich begrüßt, schnelle aber nicht zu aufdringliche Bedienung. Wurde auch gut beraten (Styl, pers. Meinung). Devinitiv weiterzuempfehlen und auch nicht immer nur alles Online kaufen, denn es ist auch schön und viel angenehmer live beratung, anprobieren und ein sozialer Austausch, der Online nicht stattfindet. Noch der letzte und wahre Jeansladen in Basel. Kompetente, wirklich kompetente Bedienung. Immer freundlich und engagiert. Die Jeansauswahl ist mega! Da weiss man warum man nicht die Jeans auf Zalando kauft!! Weiter so!
Super tolles Geschäft, welches ich durch meine Tochter empfohlen bekommen habe. Super Beratung und endlich mal Bedienung, welche wissen, was sie im Geschäft haben und ihnen es nicht zu viel wird , wenn man mal etwas länger braucht. Tolle Jeans. Nur zu empfehlen
