We moved to Basel in 2019. We were taken care of by Martina (Founder and Managing Director). She ensured that we quickly felt at home in Basel. We greatly appreciated her sincerity and professionalism as well as her ability to be mindful of personal preferences. Martina was earnestly interested in us as people, allowing her to more seamlessly find the perfect neighborhood and home for us. Her extensive network affords her access to properties that aren’t broadly advertised. Beyond just looking for a place to live, her local knowledge also made the culture, traditions and daily routines instantly accessible and interesting. She was very flexible, always trying to adapt to our work and private schedules. Living in Basel for over a year now, we are still in regular contact and consider ourselves lucky to have her be the one welcoming us to Basel. We would love to recommend Martina to everyone moving to Basel and the surrounding area, who prefer a personal, individualized relocation service.

I moved to Basel in 2018 with my family including 10-year old twins. Even before my move, Martina got in touch with me to understand what were my family's needs. She was at the train station when we arrived, she brought us to the temporary house, she helped with the grocery, with the permit for the entire family, with the bank account and mostly with finding the perfect house for our family. She actually showed me the house I had excluded to begin with and I immediately fell in love with it and did not want to see anything else. It's also worth to mention I've also reached her months after my move for suggesting on how to set up my husband's company, and when I needed help in dealing with my house owner.
