I ordered a big composition of orchids remotely and Eric was very responsive through email. He showed me real life examples of compositions he can make which was a bid added value to my experience. I strongly recommend them!!! All went really smooth and pleasant.

A great shop with lovely staff and wonderful service. We regularly go past and buy something or have some flowers delivered. In my position as Event Manager for the Sandoase we also regularly suggest our clients to order flowers here. They make great bouquets for all occasions.

We go into this florist often and usually have a good experience, however this time was completely different. I was picking some individual flowers when the staff member (short blonde hair) stepped in and accused us of breaking a stem, when we told her it was already broken she sarcastically replied \yes of course it was\. I decided i didn't want to buy any after that and wanted to put back the flowers and she basically yelled at me not to put them back myself. Absolutely NO customer service! I felt horrible and promptly left. I was appalled and actually disgusted with how I was treated. I've worked in customer service a very long time and she basically was a perfect example of what not to do in a customer service environment.
Ich kaufe zu allen Anlässen Blumen in diesem Laden. Die Kompositionen sind sehr originell, Blumen immer frisch und Verkäufer sehr freundlich. Das Preis Lesitung Verhältnis ist unschlagbar. In Basel bekommt man sonst nirgends so viel für so wenig! Letzte Woche habe ich zum Geburtstag meiner Mutter ein wunderschönes Bouquet gekauft, welches immer noch super frisch und schön aussieht.
Seid über 12 Jahren werde ich wöchentlich immer Montags von \Eric Blumen am Badischen Bahnhof\ mit einem wunderbaren und außergewöhnlichen Blumengesteck beliefert. Es ist für mich immer ein wunderbarer Start in die Woche. Jedes Blumengesteck ist immer ein kleines Kunstwerk. Ein grosses Lob an Eric und sein Team.
