Had a Spa Pedicure Complete which was very expensive. The Nail Tech had her first day and didn't really know what she was doing. My cuticles ended up bloody and are still sore. Nail Polish seemed old and very thick. Probably could've painted my toes better. Nail Tech and Team was very nice but they shouldn't let the beginnders do the most expensive treatments. I wanted to treat myself!

Very expensive.and my lashes lasted only one week I will give stars in the level of my happines in a certain place.if the staff makes me feel bad this is my right to post my opinion and rate how much I think .you have rights in this world to judge me for my choices. -Yes my lashes started to fall since the first day and by the end of the week I had some on one eye and nothing on the other side -the girl who did my lashes was no more than 20 or 22 max years old ,how can she have years of practise she was standing on the reception desk. desk. -I also did eyebrow tint and I saw just a little bit of colour which also didn't lasted at all -i also take care for lashes because a have a lot of months doing them and I know the process -FINALLY THE MOST IMPORTANT,nobody told me for the one week guaranteed

Amazing experience, and warm welcome! Was treated with care by Ai, amazing nails transformation after my pédicure hehe. She was absolutely friendly and lovely! Would definitely go again
Friendly staff, good work, slightly high prices
The technician for my pedicure was lovely and provided top customer service. The facility was clean and I loved the massage chairs. However for the cost, I was shocked not to have my dry feet exfoliated. I might as well go to the Dolder Grand Spa and pay less! They should really reconsider their standard offers. I went away with nice nails but dry feet for over 120 CHF!
The place is really nice and professional. However, I signed up for a simple 30min long manicure and instead got the gel one that costs much more and takes longer to do. I had no idea that by choosing a simple polish color I was signing up for a more expensive service. I was never asked if I wanted the gel polish and by booking online I made a choice of the manicure I preferred. Therefore I was surprised that instead of 48 CHF I ended up paying 70-something. All in all it was done with great care and precision.
