Recently visited this store for the first time. The reviews are mostly low due to the fact that there use to not be an elevator. They now have provided access through a small elevator that connects to the parking garage. It's not fancy and you have to go through quite a long deviation, but it allows you to access the bottom part of the store. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they speak English, the store is clean, organized and well stocked, the prices are fair. If you can baby wear it's more convenient than going all around for the elevator, but for the large variety of items and its location downtown, this is a good shop.

I've bought a STOKKE XPLORY at Baby Walz in Basel, with the promise of getting it in 1 week (it would be 2 days if bought in a shop in DE). It has passed almost 15 days and when contacted the shop, they claim 4 weeks is needed. The stroller was bought for summer so the delay is unacceptable. It is extremely disrespectful! I will no longer chose Baby Walz for any future purchase!

Nice store for all baby related items. Not as big as some other Baby-walz. The prices are reasonable and there are at times good discounts at selected items, so do check for them. One bad part is the basement is only accessible by stairs, so difficult for pregnant ladies or parents with a stroller.

Very small baby shop, no flexibility to order products, almost no items on stock, partly unfriendly staff, rather low prices, but also often low quality. I would recommend other baby shops, to be honest.
