Unfortunately I cannot comment on the quality of the suits from the shop, as I never managed to get an appointment at Alferano. I can comment however on the strange policy this shop has with potential future clients. After making an appointment for a tailored suit through their website, which has been confirmed and reminded on for weeks, I then got contacted a few hours beforehand on that same day, enquiring about the possibility to shift the appointment to later in the week, because of having just returned from holidays. Fair enough, ok, agreed and done, we shifted from Monday to Wednesday, to a more suitable time for Alferano. Come Wednesday, ANOTHER SMS message with the ask to shift the appointment to Thursday instead, due to \being very busy\. This is unacceptable and just ridiculous behaviour. There is plenty of alternative options also in Basel to get your tailored suits, where your business seems to be much more appreciated. Shame about the unreliability of Alferano. Ended up cancelling my appointment, went to the competition and got served that same week.
