My room 201 in the old building was modern & spacious with 6 windows. Super comfy down duvet. The building didn’t have elevator tho. Also to access the spa in the main building, guests needed to cross an alley in between on the ground floor, which was technically outdoors. Novum Spa was amazing! I’d suggest bring your own flip flops. I can see why some reviews mentioned it was loud, because voices echoed much in the basement and sounded louder from the center hall to its adjunct rooms. Not a huge issue for me. Breakfast was included and served in the new building across the street. There’s no kitchen in the old building so no room service. Considering the room rate I had, it was totally worth it and I’d stay here again if in Baden.

We were under abnormal conditions with the sanitary measures. We had contacts only with the reception desk people, very kind and professional speaking a good English (but not French). Private SPA very good and relaxing as expected.
Everything was great with very friendly staff and lovely decorations. A perfect stay for a couple who wishes to relax despite all the necessary Covid restrictions. Great that the staff here focuses on what they can offer safely and not on what is currently impossible.
Great Place to relax and hide from Daily Business. Supernice rooms, clean and spacious, nice view to the Limmat. The Service and Support was greatly appreicated. The Team had been flexible and super friendly.
I received a voucher from the Limmathof Baden in December 2011, which expired after one year, in December 2012. I forgot the voucher and found it again after a move. I contacted the Front Office Team of the spa to find out whether I could still redeem the voucher almost 8 years after its expiry. A lady from the Front Office Team was able to find the voucher in the system using the voucher number and extended it to me until December 2020. Now my partner and I are looking forward to a wellness trip all the more :)
i choosed your hotel from pictures and text but: - before my arrival, no information about the difficulty to park. (few places but far, with luggages) - not so charming bedroom - workers outside, noisy morning, early distubances... - breakfast in another building... no clear signs... No really, i won't come back. Disappointed. really.
In fact, I could not get in because I was with my 6 year daughter. This place is only for adults. But fortunately the staff showed me another place where children can enjoy. It is Bad Zurzach. 30 min distance between Baden and There. Thanks
Our stay was great. The spa is beautiful and the rooms are recently renovated. The whole staff at the hotel was very nice, giving us great suggestions on where to eat, etc. I forgot my mobile charger and they promptly sent it back! Baden is a wonderful small town, it was perfect for a Sprint escape.
