Poor customer service - slow to reply, pointed the blame for a failed delivery at me (problem was the delivery company) then were not helpful in resolving it. After weeks of emailing with Arvi, a 10 minute phone call with the delivery company resolved the issue. There are a lot of options for purchasing wine in CH, I am not tempted to give further business to Arvi.

ordered over a month ago a wine that was in stock. no shipment and everytime I contact customer service, they tell me soon but never happens. stay away!
The catalogue of Arvi is amazing, and very concentrated on some regions, Bordeaux being extremely well represented in all formats. Some other blockbusters aka high-rated wines are there too. the conservative approach is balanced by an aggressive commercial approach, margins are kept low and offers are aimed to sell quantity. Personnel is highly motivated and knowledgeable, with a friendly touch.

Servizio amichevole e scelta spettacolare. Un posto che evitavo per timore dei prezzi ma che sicuramente frequenterò per i regali natalizi.
