Gorgeous! Eating Cervalat sausages and brown bread in the cool mountain air was delicious. Beautful views.
Beautiful pass. There appear to be 3 routes ranging from a more major road using tunnels and overpasses, down to a small cobbled street, with the middle route proving to be most appreciated by the bikers and cyclists. A little touristy at the pass summit these days.

Amazing mountain. Only the selfservice restaurants is useless. Over lunchtime you have to wait for your food which is reheated while you wait for fries and the homemade pie was uneatable. Must say got my money back for the pie but 48.- for 2 plates and 2 drinks of miserable quality is still to much. Toilets: you have to pay CHF 1.- then you get a voucher to spend. But if I have to pay for a toilet visit I expect a clean toilet not a filthy one.
Great place to stop overnight.....have to be mindful of weather and be prepared for cold and possible snow. Check the weather forecast and check it again depends on the time of year.
