WORST INSURANCE EVER. Stay away. Had it for years then Tried claiming 2 times and there is always a reason why they don’t want to pay. Last time it was because I was not inside Switzerland. They simply keep changing the fine print on why they won’t honor claims. Then when I want to cancel my insurance I need to give them 18 months notice time. Then I send them an email to cancel ASAP. They then send me back a letter saying email isn’t good enough. It needs to be a registered letter. Really POOR....

Terrible service. A lawyer from the company will tell you to send in your claim and once you claim something they will tell you there is no case... this happened to me twice. Go somewhere else. This is money wasted.
