Aceris Law assisted us with initiating an ICC arbitration. I have experience as a litigation attorney and found the Aceris team to be professional, responsive and pragmatic in their advice and suggested strategy. During the course of the negotiations, the team went above and beyond in terms of researching matters and answering various legal questions which arose (which expanded the scope of the matter on which we initially briefed them). Ultimately we settled the matter on terms favourable to us. Their payment structure is very convincing and a huge advantage to anyone considering embarking on an arbitration. I would definitely use them again if the need ever arose.
